So...
I'm apparently an RA? What does that even mean, if you don't mind telling me? I just received an owl saying that I would be living in a single rent free if I become one of these mythical RA beasts. When I asked what that entailed, I was told that I was "responsible and mature" and that was apparently all the explanation they were willing to give.
I really hope people don't come to me and cry about stuff. I'm not going to be good at that.

Is it time for classes to start yet? I can't get the janitors to let me into the engineering lab, and I have a project I want to get started on before I get swamped with homework. My professor would let me in, but Dr. McAfee is on vacation in Mexico.
I guess I'll just have to try to experiment in my dorm room. Nothing ever goes wrong when I do that
